At NP Skin Wellness, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Because skincare and personal care items cannot be resold once opened, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
